Digital Networks and the WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) came into force in January 2007.

The WEEE Directive aims to both reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment being produced and to encourage everyone to reuse, recycle and recover it.

To help customers identify Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment, this logo has been affixed to the product:

WEEE From Private Households

Any waste equipment can be recycled via your local household waste recycling centre. For details on your nearest centre, please contact your local authority.

WEEE From Users Other Than Private Households

Digital Networks will take-back our customers waste equipment and process it according to the WEEE Directive.

The costs of recycling are including in the product price as standard. The costs of collecting such waste are not included. If you require us to collect, carriage charges will apply.

We will only process equipment that was not originally supplied by us if you are purchasing a new piece of equipment from us on a like-for-like basis.

If you need to send waste equipment to us or have it collected, please e-mail support@dnuk.com or call us on 0161 366 6600.

Our WEEE registration number is WEE/DG1164QU
