Introduction

Openvault provides block based virtualized SAN storage for network clients. The platform is unique in that it supports any combination of IP, Fibre Channel or InfiniBand network fabrics.

Openvault supports both your current and future network fabric without having to change your storage hardware. Openvault is designed to dramatically simplify the creation and ongoing management of SANs.

File based storage is also supported with CIFS, NFS and GlusterFS support.
